1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mailment platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

Mailment enforces a strict zero-tolerance anti-spam policy. All email campaigns dispatched through this software must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and relevant regional privacy laws. You may only send marketing emails to recipients who have explicitly opted in.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that take place under your account or workspace.

4. SMTP & Infrastructure Dispatches

You are responsible for configuring and maintaining your own sending SMTP servers, domains, and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Mailment is not liable for deliverability issues resulting from third-party SMTP provider bans or domain blacklisting.
